Like many other collections, the gold bullion coin offers a variety of different weights for investors and went on to be the only option in the series through its first decade in production. In 1997, a silver coin was issued with 1 oz silver as the primary option available. It was another two decades before the Platinum Britannia was introduced in 2018 with these 1 oz platinum coins and 1/10 oz platinum coins available.
